  • FoodNet promoted in significant Polish business magazine

Strefa Biznesu – one of the most significant business magazines in middle Poland presented FoodNet project and LODZistics, its coordinating partner, in an extensive article dedicated to logistics (as the most promising area of economy in lodzkie region). FoodNet project has been introduced as a very good initiative for local entities to achieve international partners in logistics business, as well as a meta-cluster useful to increase their competitiveness.

The main objective of FoodNet project – to establish and sustain after the end of actions planned in this project a
Food In Eco Network (FoodNet), an EU wide meta-cluster as a long term European Strategic Cluster Partnership-
Going International (ESCP-4i) supporting clusters and business network organisations, their SMEs and other
cluster members collaborating for innovation, market-uptake, and marketing of competitive products, services and
technologies in the field of food and eco-logistics and support SMEs in global competition – has been described in the article as a very interesting and innovative initiative.
