  • FoodNet promoted in Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Poland

Project FoodNet has been succesfully promoted during the Seminar on Agri-Food Logistics, organized by Mr. Martijn Homan, Counsellor for Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality, with the significant co-operation of Mr. Willard G. Biemans, the representative of Agro Fresh Park, Łódzkie, Poland.

Project representatives (Remigiusz Mielczarek, PC and Marta Raźniewska, University of Łódź) had the great opportunity to present project’s main objectives, it’s framework and structue, as well as to promote the idea of establishing international meta-cluster to sustain the valuable structure beyond the project life.

We presented our project among many noble representatives of, both Dutch and Polish, business entities, SME’s, research and public institutions supporting the idea of European partnership in the area of cluster making.

We really hope we encouraged other seminar participants to join our alliance in FoodNet, as well as to increase the both-side co-operation in the field of agro-lodzistics in central Poland.
